Once your order is processed you will receive a new account email that will contain a username and password. Go to the account page to sign-in to your account. From here you can change your password to something a little easier to remember by going to the account details tab and scrolling down to the password change area.
To update your credit card information for an active subscription go to your account and click the Subscriptions tab. If you have multiple subscriptions be sure to click the view button beside the subscription with a status of active. From here, click the Change Payment button and update your payment info on the page that follows. Be sure to click the Change Payment Button at the bottom of the screen so the changes are saved in our system. If you’d like to manage your default credit card or remove an expired credit card go to the Payment Methods tab.
Again, after making your updates, be sure to save your changes to ensure your modified billing information has been retained by our system.
To cancel your subscription login to your account and access the Subscription tab. From there you’ll see a cancel button. Click that and your subscription will be cancelled. If you’d like to join in a few months time or earlier just login via your account, go to the Subscription tab and click resubscribe. Auto-renewal subscriptions take the work out of having to re-sign up every single month. Once you sign up for the monthly membership you don’t have to do anything else moving forward, unless of course you need to cancel or suspend your subscription.
All monthly memberships include a free 7-day trial. Your credit card will be charged $50/month after your free trial.
Your new account was assigned a unique password which you would have received in your new account email which also displays your username. If you'd like to change your password to something easier to remember go to your account and click on the account details tab. Reset Breathe Fitness offers a free trial to all users to try out our workouts. If at anytime you’re not satisfied within the trial period, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged.
Unless your account is cancelled, you will begin to be billed automatically. Once we begin to bill you, cancellations take effect starting at the end of your current billing period, meaning there are no partial month refunds or credits.
In general, once an account is past the free trial or billing period, the user is responsible for all subscription fees.
To cancel subscription within the trial period go to your account and click the Subscription tab. From here click or access your active subscription and click the cancel button.
If you suspect someone is paying for a Reset Breathe account with your payment information without your consent, or if you do not recognize charges coming from Reset Breathe, please contact us immediately. We take fraud, identity theft and other unauthorized access very seriously. We can immediately cancel the account so that no further charges are billed to your card.
If you are seeing charges on a new card that you haven’t added to your Reset Breathe account, your financial institution has automatically updated this information as a courtesy. Financial institutions do this to ensure that accounts using recurring payments remain in good standing when a new card is issued. In some cases, your financial institution may also allow recurring charges to continue on an expired card. If you have any concerns about this process, please contact your financial institution.
Any membership can be postponed or carried forward to another month if a medical reason (long term sickness, injury, pregnancy, etc) comes to our attention. Please message us directly if this applies to you. Memberships can be cancelled anytime.

Currently you do need Facebook to access the workouts however if you don’t have an account you can do two things.
1. Ask to borrow the account of a family member strictly for accessing the workouts, just make sure to specify who’s account and email to send access to the private group during registration.
2. Make up a Facebook account solely for this group. Some even choose to use a different name. Again, please specify during registration the name you will use.
Once your registration has been successfully completed, you'll be added to a private Facebook group where all the workouts will be posted.
The workouts can be done LIVE at 5:30 am AST Monday to Friday or anytime your schedule suits. Reset team members are encouraged to comment or post a picture once having completed the workout for both accountability to the program and to help motivate others.
When a workout is posted, it will remain online for the remainder of your membership.
HITT stands for high intensity interval training where you combine intervals of higher intensity exercises with low to moderate intensity exercises or rest. The advantages of HITT training are that clients can maximize their calorie burn in shorter amounts of time. Research has shown that a 15 minute HITT workout can burn equal calories of an hour of jogging. Although the name is a bit intimidating, HITT training exercises can be modified to suit all levels.
Tracey is a trained STOTT pilates and reformer instructor with over ten years of experience teaching pilates. The STOTT method of pilates focuses on strengthening the spine in its neutral alignment and rebalancing the muscles around the joints. Functional movement exercises are movements based on real world situational biomechanics (ex: getting down on the floor and back up again).

1. You may have to check your router and/or modem for any connection issues. All of our videos stream in average quality, so you will need a good to strong connection speed in order to see the videos uninterrupted. Another option is to try hard wiring using an Ethernet cable.
2. Be sure your iPad, iPhone or Android device is running the most up to date IOS or Android software.
3. If using the Facebook app on your iPad, iPhone or Android device be sure the app is up-to-date and does not require any updates.
4. If using a desktop computer be sure your browser is up-to-date and does not require any updates. We recommend using Chrome.
