For me exercise is my reset. Every challenge I meet in my day is made easier after I spend that time on myself. Being a mother to 4 young kids, I understand the challenges of finding the time to exercise and I get that it needs to be easier. This program will provide you with online-guided exercise classes, live or on-demand, 5 times a week for 30 minutes a day. You can complete your workouts whenever your schedule suits and wherever you are. No equipment required, no gym required. Just you, a little space on the floor, and 30 minutes! Take the time. Join Tracey and her amazing reset warriors ONLINE live at 5:30 am EST or on-demand, 5 times a week for guided 30- minute workouts right from the comfort of your own home (or office). Once registration has successfully been completed, reset:breathe team members will be granted access to a private Facebook group where 3 HIIT and 2 pilates & functional movement workouts will be posted daily Monday-Friday. Also you will have access to bonus YOGA, weight and foam roller classes and nutrition Facebook live workshops.
